VidZone considers offering premium subscription service on PS3

vidzone

Via its Twitter feed, VidZone has asked users of the free streaming music video service if they would be prepared to pay for a premium version with no adverts and better quality videos. Responses so far have been mixed, with many users apparently less bothered about video quality and advertising and more bothered about the software’s cumbersome user interface. No one has offered a categorical ‘Yes!’ but most users who’ve responded would at least pay something for some kind of improvement. It’s not exactly far-reaching market research, but if it’s anything to go by, some kind of premium VidZone service is likely to launch soon.

bad idea, the ps3 prides itself on having no such charges.it should remain free.yes the adverts are annoying but if it means the service remains free then i can live with them.

    Yes!

Ever heard of Pandora? If you don’t want annoying adds….get Pandora One.

Structure it the same way. Keep the free version and add a premium service.

Premium Service should include: More videos, higher quality & no ads.
