PlayStation photo travel diary: True Crime

Just a quick report back from the field, where I’ve been sent to cover some exciting new developments in the world of PlayStationing. Hey look – it’s United Front Games, developers of both Modnation Racers and (why I was there) the reboot of True Crime:

I was shown a great deal more of the game than anyone else has been able to see, and it will all be covered in issue 191 of Play, released on or around the 15th of April (I’ve forgotten exactly when and I can’t check). So while I can’t tell you anything about the game just yet, I can show you a few photos from the adventure to Vancouver and beyond so far.

Here we have art director Josh Lee looking confused as he explains something reasonably technical to a group of haggard-looking games journalists:

Then what about this for an office? United Front managed to make everyone present rather jealous:

Vancouver itself managed to win the prize for “the best of all the things”:

And finally, what about a dog eating a crisp? Oh, go on then:

Stay tuned for future updates when I may be able to fill you in on a rather exciting trip to LucasArts. To say it was nerd heaven would be an understatement.
