I recently purchased issue #221 which had a free DVD with features such as utilities which include file manager and a ps3 theme creator. I put the DVD in my ps3 and on to the utilities part of the it but cannot access any of the utilities mentioned on the DVD. Can I please get any help regarding this problem

  • Ian Dransfield

The file manager is in the PSP utilities folder, as with the other PSP utils.

I’ve had a gander through and it looks like the theme creator has gone walkabouts, though. No idea why.

    Have a look here: http://www.freewebs.com/ps3themecreator/
