Not all PSP Minis work on PS3 yet, but will soon

If you downloaded the optional 3.15 firmware update for your PS3 this week, you might be wondering why most of your Minis don’t now work on your PS3. Don’t panic, your PS3 isn’t broken, it’s just that Sony is still working on getting the emulation to work for every game. The promise is that most, if not all, Minis will run on the PS3 by December 17th. So hang in there.

The 3.15 update also lets you transfer data from one PS3 to another via an Ethernet cable, but not to duplicate it. The data will be automatically deleted from the source console. Very useful if you’ve had a faulty machine replaced, or if you’ve decided to upgrade from a Phat to a Slim.
