Hannah Betts at The Telegraph has shared her thoughts on Modern Warfare 2 and she hasn’t talked about the controversy of level 3, she hasn’t talked about the bumped up RRP, or the short single-player campaign, or the ropey AI , or the sublime multiplayer, or the record-breaking day one sales. She’s talked about its potential impact on relationships.

It’s not so much an attack on videogames, more a resigned, head-shaking sigh. She even acknowledges that, even with games eliminated from the equation she did once find herself a ‘ping pong widow’. It’s a funny read, and one that might even be worth taking heed of, especially if you’ve been struggling to remember whether or not you even have a girlfriend over the last few days.
