Braid coming to PlayStation Store

Braid

Hothead Games has confirmed that platform-puzzler Braid, previously only available for the 360 and PS3 will be making its way to the PS3. A date has not been confirmed, or even vaguely hinted at, but we’d expect it to be this year some time.

This announcement follows a PS3 version of Braid showing up on a USK (the German equivalent of the BBFC) listing. It’s well known that mistakes are rarely made on the USK website, so we guess Hothead saw no point in trying to delay their announcement any further.

Braid, by the way, was very well received on the 360 and PC and is often talked about by pseudo-intellectual gamer-types as if it were a timeless work of literature. It’s not, but it is a really good platform game where you can reverse time to solve puzzles. Should be well worth a punt when it finally finds its way to the PS3.
