I’m sorry, but this whole article is completely undermined by the pre-title line ‘The closest thing you’ll have to Grand Theft Auto V until Grand Theft Auto V!’. If GTA4 (that game’s pretty underground, maybe you haven’t heard of it) is any indication GTA5 and the Saints Row series have about as much in common as Arma2 and Serious Sam 2.
If you’re a fan of this style of game then it’s likely you’ll already have GTA IV
That’s like saying “The closest thing you’ll have to Fifa 12 before NHL 12″. Yes, they are both open world crime games, but the similarity stops there.
I’d guess, maybe, possibly – JUST MAYBE – that headline is a bit of a jokey one.
