No GTA Release Date, But We Do Get A…Teaser Site?
It’s everything we ever wanted and more
So none of Play’s (admittedly demented) dreams for the Take-Two investor call materialised then. Which was fairly obvious, of course, because we were essentially asking for the moon on a stick, but hey. At least we dared to dream. Ahem.
Still, we did get something: the Epsilon Program teaser site, which is another one of those classic Rockstar satires of good old ‘Merica. It’s funny, yes, but isn’t it about time we saw some more of, y’know, the actual game?
Rockstar is under no obligation to do anything, of course: they could bin the project now, tell us we dreamt the whole thing and, thanks to the scarcity of information, we’d probably believe them. But it would be nice, somewhere between now and 2122, to get some more info on the game.
Is that too much to ask?

Everyone plays GTA. Even non-gamers do. Which says a lot about the game.
But what’s annoying me is the hordes swearing to a pre-Christmas release, which anyone with any knowledge of the gaming industry or memory of GTA 4′s release will know is nonsense. Yet I’m apparently cynical for saying so! In reality we should consider a 2013 release lucky. It’s just how it is.
Anyone else having a hard time convincing people to stop holding their breath for a 2012 release?
